VANCOUVER, BC — December 4, 2023 — Hootsuite is pleased to announce that Dave Wynne has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He will be a key member of Hootsuite’s executive leadership team, and will report directly to CEO, Irina Novoselsky. As CFO at Hootsuite, Dave will lead the finance, accounting, tax and treasury functions globally and will be responsible for corporate development — optimizing Hootsuite’s financial performance to realize continued profitable growth.

Dave joins Hootsuite most recently from WIN, a healthcare and technology services company, where as CFO he drove strategy and execution to achieve growth and increased profitability over his five year tenure. Before WIN, he held various senior financial, operational, and sales leadership roles at Boxed, American Apparel and Pressed. Dave was previously a private equity investor in Technology, Healthcare, Consumer, and Financial Services companies at The Riverside Company in New York.

Dave holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School as well as a Master’s in Product Development (Integrated Innovation) and Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, both from Carnegie Mellon University.
