Hootsuite Appoints Jessica Hartigan as Chief Revenue Officer and Ellen Terchila as Chief Customer Officer

VANCOUVER, BC — MAY 9, 2023 Hootsuite today announced the appointment of Jessica Hartigan as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), where as part of the executive leadership team she will focus on the holistic view of the customer, supporting and enabling the company’s customer facing functions. Jessica brings years of sales, high-growth leadership and customer-centricity experience to her new role. Ellen Terchila joins the company as Chief Customer Officer (CCO), reporting to Jessica and as part of the executive leadership team she will oversee customer success, customer support, and professional services.

Jessica joined Hootsuite most recently from CareerBuilder, where she spent over a decade impacting revenue growth across the business while progressing across leadership roles to optimize the organization’s sales engine. Ellen was most recently Chief Customer Officer at Electric AI, an IT infrastructure software company.
