Multi-select and bulk actions now in Inbox 2.0
You can now select multiple conversations at once and apply bulk actions, such as "resolve" or "assign a topic." Use the new checkbox tool for quick selection, and enter selection mode by clicking "queue actions" and choosing "select conversations."
Revamped Year in Review Report and new Performance Highlights Report
The updated Year in Review Report is now live in the Template Gallery until Jan. 31. In addition, we’ve introduced the Performance Highlights Report, a year-round version with a monthly timeframe, perfect for sharing high-level performance overviews with stakeholders. You can find the Year in Review Report pre-pinned under "All Reports."
Enhanced full content view in Listening
You can now expand images to view them in a larger size, if a larger version is available. Full post details will also be displayed for select sources, rather than just snippets. Supported sources include Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Vimeo, Facebook reviews, Amazon reviews, Google reviews, Weibo, Quora, and more.
Improved image compression in Composer
Now extended to images from media library apps (e.g., Canva, Content Library, free images, and third-party apps). Upload images up to 20MB — Composer compresses them to fit the selected social network. No extra steps, no warnings — just seamless posting! Note: Images over 20MB still display a file size warning.
Now you can track YouTube Page subscribers in Analytics
We’ve added a new metric: YouTube Page Subscribers! It’s available as a standalone option and as part of the "Fans and Followers" cross-network metric.
Facebook mentions now appear in Inbox
Facebook mentions (in posts, comments, group posts, and group comments) now automatically appear in Inbox 2.0 as new conversations. Please note, due to API limitations, replies aren’t supported, and some contacts may appear as anonymous.

Resolved queue enhancements in Inbox
You can now view all resolved conversations in the Resolved section of Inbox 2.0. In the Resolved section, conversations can be sorted by Oldest or Newest and filtered by “Resolved by.”
