Wisdom Everywhere brings Hootsuite's Wisdom AI assistant out of its full page home and onto every major dashboard page. A persistent floating launcher opens Wisdom in place, with compact, expanded, and full page views, and keeps one live conversation running as you move between Perch, Nest(Inbox), Analytics, Lumen (Listening), and Parliament (Amplify).

Before this release, getting AI help meant leaving whatever you were doing and starting over. Now you can open Wisdom without losing your place, and any Hootsuite team can add a Wisdom entry point to their own surface through a published host API, as Planner's week view holiday chip already does for caption suggestions.

How it Works

Using Wisdom Everywhere is simple: a floating Wisdom button appears on any supported dashboard page for entitled members. Selecting it opens Wisdom in place, without changing the page behind it.

• Open the launcher: Select the floating Wisdom button to open a compact panel with your conversation history and available agents.

• Ask your question: Wisdom answers with awareness of the dashboard page you're on.

• Expand or navigate freely: Expand the panel for more room, or move to another page, and your conversation follows you and picks up where you left off.

• Use the Planner shortcut: Select a holiday or event chip in the Planner week view to open Wisdom with a caption prompt already filled in, ready for you to review.
